Customer Engineering group will be responsible for technically supporting customers. Activities will include direct support such as answering questions, debugging customer hardware which may involve test report generation and scripting for automated data collection, generation of education material such as application notes
DETAIL
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to customers, analyze customer applications and requirements for oscillators and clocks
• Modeling applications response to oscillators timing characteristics (Phase noise, jitter analysis)
• Design and simulation of test circuits to emulate customer scenarios using CAD tools such as Cadence or Altium Designer
• Running measurements scripts to measure electrical characteristics of MEMS oscillators and generating test reports
• Contributing to infrastructure projects (schematic creation/review, measurement scripts update/release, test automation efforts etc.)
• Creation of customer collateral such as application notes, training videos, custom performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent
• 5-10 years’ experience in timing related products like precision oscillators, clock generator and or jitter cleaners. Good understanding of analog and digital electronics
• Electronic schematics and PCB layout designs development in Altium or ORCAD software is preferred.
• Hands on experience with measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, etc
• Preferred experience with Matlab and Python development languages
• High level of self-motivation and drive to make an impact
• Proactive and systematic approach to problem solving, documentation and testing
• General and technical English level is Intermediate or higher
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Team player attitude
