Strategic Account Manager/ Key Account Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director Taiwan, Semiconductor Solutions, the candidate will be responsible
for driving the development and growth for company’s Semiconductor Solutions business at specific
(key) accounts. The candidate effortlessly manages stakeholders across the organization and can work with and mobilizes others in the execution of the plans. A role model global (key) account manager that creates and provides structure and who feels responsible to work with, mentor, guide and support other sales and account managers in the organization to be successful.
DETAIL
Responsibilities:
1) Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
2) Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
3) Takes personal responsibility for senior level customer communication (up to C-level) including key negotiations and contracts.

Qualifications:
1) A proven B2B enterprise sales leader with at least 10+ years of semiconductor related industry and domain experience of which 5+ years of commercial experience at a chemical materials supplier (plating solutions, packaging materials) in sales or sales management and preferably (Key) account management across the region and globe.
2) Strong business acumen with excellent global account management, organization, stakeholderand management skills and the ability to mobilize and motivate others including indirect team members.
3) Proven experience using the following Sales Methodologies is a major plus: RADAR from The Complex Sale, Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, etc.
4) Experienced in working in a virtual environment and a willingness to travel up to 50% where needed
